1. Pre-schedule a ride as instructed in the video below
2. You can find your ride on the menu under "Scheduled Rides"
3. 30 mins prior to your scheduled pickup time, the system will start searching for an available driver
4. Once a driver accepts your ride, you will receive their details and you can then contact the driver directly
5. Be advised, all rides are based on driver availability. We urge all drivers to be on time, however, circumstances beyond their control may alter the pickup time.
