If you Book Monthly your child will have the same driver everyday. If you book AS NEEDED it is not guaranteed your child will have the same driver as all drivers are based on availability. Feel free to request your favorite driver when you book.
Can you meet him/her? This question is very popular for a very good reason! This is what separates us from a school bus company...the answer is YES! Once your transport is confirmed and you have your driver credentials feel free to call them and arrange to meet.
To Contact Your Driver: When you are assigned a driver you will receive a text message with their credentials. You can also login to your online portal and see their credentials.
Comfort ability is a key point in our strategy. We do allow attendants to ride along for an additional fee of $2. Attendants are mandatory for a newborn ride, however for any other type of ride an attendant is "subject to schedule". In other words we will not allow an attendant ride if there is a carpool with other children. This is for the comfort level of other children and their parents.
Of course you can! Please be advised there is a charge of $5 per ride for the driver to keep your seat. This charge covers the install and uninstall as well as responsibility of caring for your property. Arrangements would need to be made between you and the driver for the return of your seat.
We thank you in advance for taking care of our drivers as they are dedicated to taking care of your loved ones! Recommended gratuity is 20-25%. You have the option of adding tip to your rides or invoice if you booked monthly or giving cash directly to the driver.
Cancellations should be done on your portal or you can contact your driver directly. If you book "AS NEEDED" you would need to cancel 24hrs in advance to receive a credit good for 60 days from cancellation. If you cancel on the same day as transport but before the driver has initiated the ride the cancellation fee is 50% of the ride fare. If the driver already initiated the ride unfortunately the full fare is charged to your card. Book Monthly clients do not receive credit for cancelled rides as they are flat rated and discounted. Monthly/prepaid: payments are processed between the hours of 8am - 8pm M-Saturday. Federal holidays are not counted as business days.
AS NEEDED: Once your reservation is scheduled a credit card authorization + $10 hold is in effect. The balance of the ride is returned to your card within 24-48 hours

We have two types of booking, Monthly which is pre-scheduled, pre-paid and AS NEEDED which our on-demand service. AS NEEDED rides are charged daily with a pre-auth hold of $10 + the quote amount. Get Started
Carpool is for childcare providers or parents with multiple children that need multiple pickup or destination stops. This pricing requires 3 or more stops and is flat rated and discounted at 12%. If an emergency change must be made ie. no one is home to receive the children, contact your driver directly, cancel the initial ride and book a new one. If you need to make changes in advance, email dispatch firstname.lastname@example.org
Absolutely! however wheelchairs and walkers must be portable, collapsible and no more than 40lbs as the driver will fit this in the trunk of their vehicle. Additional info can be found HERE
ASSISTANCE IS HERE! Drivers can wait at doctors appointments, help with groceries etc. for an additional fee of $1 per minute.
